Natalie's Birthday Thank You's

made these ice ream cone thank you cards for Natalie's Birthday
super sparkly in person.  I like how the idea turned out pretty much how i
envisioned them.  had i had more time; i would have liked the cherry
on top to be glossy and the rest be glittery but i just didn't have the time
for that.

Natalie's Elmo card & matching bag topper
